  "Although The Blue Beetroot is very much off the beaten path in Boleslawiec it's totally worth it. Their food is amazing! My husband had the Chicken stuffed with goat cheese and sun dried tomatoes which was just to died for. My son had the kids chicken nuggets which weren't nuggets but 3 chicken brea..."st battered, they were so yummy and they were from the kid's menu too. I chose the beef pierogies, which were really good just not our style. We also decided to get dessert. I had the chocolate cake which was just delicious, especially the frosting. My husband tried the Beetroot ice cream, which is exactly what it sounds like. It's cold and creamy and then it taste exactly like beets. Beside the foods the manager and servers were incredibly friendly and spoke amazing English. The restaurant was just so charming and nice. I honestly wish we had known they were a hotel too before we came to Poland but it was a last minute trip. Pet and child friendly hotel! " More >
