  "This Indian restaurant has a really wide range of dishes, vegetarian and non vegetarian. It has a fantastic atmosphere - I was down in the basement (non smoking section) which has original arched ceiling and nice decorations.... quality furniture and Indian painted screens. Lovely Indian music too (..."I asked what it was but they had been given it by one of their customers and didn't know!) and nice, friendly service.... I went on my own just to check it out (as I live in Dejvice) and was well looked after. Really tasty food - I had rogan josh and fruity rice and mango lassi. I think it came to around 300 CZK (which is expensive for a restaurant meal by Prague standards) but I could only eat half of it. They happily made up a packet for me to take home - which then made me an extremely nice meal the next day. Definitely recommend this place, really good quality, filling Indian food... and I feel I do know my Indian food reasonably well. " More >
