  "I ate at this restaurant twice over a 3 day period, and each time the food was excellent. The first time was in the evening for a business dinner, and the service was fast, attentive and helpful. My second meal was at lunch time and again, the two staff members that were there, did a great job and were smiling/joking with all partons. This takes me to some of the reviews I read, about how terrible the staff was, and that this is Bavarian Food, not German (and that there is a big difference... apparently) When it comes to interaction with staff, it works both ways - if you act like you are better than them, you deserve to be treated with contempt.
