Set on a floating platform and cut into the cliff face with views of an old tower and up and down the Amalfi coast, the setting and views certainly are special. Attentive and friendly service added to the experience. A meal of prawn and lemon risotto together with a lentil soup with scampi was excellent, memorable for the freshness of ingredients, perfection of culinary technique and tremendous balance and purity of flavours.
