  "Booked a table for 6.30 on Sunday (Father's Day). Were seated at 7pm and our order was taken; we were told that chicken wings were off the menu. Had to get a waiter to order more drinks. We ordered monster burgers but were informed these had been sold out. Waited an hour for our food, then a whil..."e for main course to come. When we wanted to order desserts, there wasn't much choice left. Waited yet again and was then told that one of the items ordered was sold out. Complained to the Manager who apologized and gave us complimentary drinks. Our desserts eventually came and the Manager came back to us again with a complimentary cocktail. The waiter (who is employed as a table clearer and not a waiter) could not do enough for us and the way in which the Manager and staff dealt with our situation was impecable. The staff here are lovely, very attentive and pleasant - we interacted with five of them and they were genuinely caring.The ambience is very pleasing, clean and light. Each of the six courses was patiently explained and described and they were all as tasty as they were pleasing to the eye. One point worth mentioning is that we were asked before the meal if we had any allergies or dislikes on the menu offered.
