  "We discovered Plage Passable over coffee one morning en route to the coastal walk around Cap Ferrat. The coffee, service and environment were good enough to make us set aside a day for a return visit. This is a brilliant, sheltered little beach for a swim, looking across at the magnificent scenery o..."f the Corniche. We hired lounges (matelas) and umbrellas for a pricey E19 for half a day (10am - 2pm) but could equally have used the public area of the beach 20 metres away. We enjoyed a late lunch in the restaurant at the back of the beach. The service is fine - friendly, if a bit haphazard - and the food and wine just what you would expect from an upmarket location. Negatives? The changing room and showers are a bit basic and the doubtless extremely efficient woman at the desk could warm up a bit. Overall, though, a great day out and worth returning. " More >
