My wife and I (and our kitty, Negrita) were looking for a nice place to have a meal at Lille's fabulous Vieux Lille neighborhood, when we noticed this charming bistro/restaurant. It had a chic though cozy decoration and a very nice manager who fell in ..."love with our kitty. Now, the food. Mickaël's cuisine is exquisite. It is well presented and full of flavour. Meats are cooked as asked, and are top quality. My wife had duck magret, and I had the best boeuf tartare in my life. Attention, this is no vulgar ground beef, but actually knife-cut top quality sirloin. The condiment of the beef was incredibly equilibrated. A thorough pleasure. The dessert was charlotte prepared with mascarpone instead of cream. Unfortunately I had already eaten as the menu offered around 10 different snack boards (cheeses, duck, pate etc).
