The Menu is not over complex but pleasantly diverse. Presentation on quality of food is near perfect and the whole dining experience was truly excellent with faultless quality. I had a home made Foie Gras followed by one of the most tender pieces of beef I have had in France. Also good was the salade d'atelier. I can never resist Fromage and at first I was disappointed as only one cheese was served; a local Brebis (sheep's cheese); combined with the walnut oil on a green salad made up totally for the lack of choice to give me that truly after dinner satisfaction.
