"Visited Washerwomans with family last Sunday - 2 adults & 2 children. Opted for early bird menu which offers excellent value for money - €26 for 3 courses and kids eat free from kids menu with each adult early bird. Great food - high quality and nicely presented. Generous portions so no room for ..."dessert, despite being included. Dessert menu includes a blast from the past - ice cream float in coke or cream soda! Recommend a visit!

We recently moved to the area and ate here twice on our first weekend - the first time because it came highly recommended on TA, the second time because the first visit was so good. Friday evening was busy - lots of families (they are so suitable for kids and babies, as well as couples and families). Saturday evening was really quiet (maybe because the shops close at 7pm) but the friendliness of the staff and the quality of the service and food .. and it's not expensive. We will be regulars and we...
