The atmosphere was relaxed and pleasant though so I didn't feel bothered to the point of holding a grudge. My soup starter was delicious but was perhaps a touch cooler than I'd like. My husband had a breaded soft shelled crab that looked impressive but he felt it either tasted too breaded or like over cooked crab.
