I had the Ruby Burger which was very nice but the local cheese did manage to be the star by overwhelming the flavour of the..." beef by being so strong in flavour. I was able to taste the real burger by taking a bit of cheese off and deconstructing the burger a little. My son had the Piggy burger and really loved it finding the flavours really complimentary his comment being the pulled pork was the best he'd had this side of the Atlantic.
