  "I must admit I've been dining at Billy's since it first opened. My husband and I eat there almost every week. I have never had food there that wasn't delicious. However, since Chef Axel tweaked the menu the food is absolutely wonderful. They've left things like fish and chips and caesar salad alone..." but their specials are out of this world. I also know how clean the kitchen is and never worry about that aspect of the business. Every Christmas we have our staff party in the Alister room with it's cosy fireplace.
