No hurry and a nice variety of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. The only place in Nuevo Vallarta I could find non-alcoholic beer. We did not order ..."from the menu, instead told our friendly waiter what we liked and the food began coming in many courses. The fish, escargot, sauces, seafood tacos and fried ice cream were simply filled with a myriad of flavors and a variety of spices. The waiters will simply fall over backwards to fill your requests.
