"This isn't fine dining, so don't expect a gorgeous restaurant. It was all about the food to us. I read some of the earlier reviews and will give our opinion about this restaurant.
Firstly, even though it isn't cheap, especially if you compare it to Malaysian prices, it is definitely still CHEAPER..." than seafood in Singapore. There were 8 of us adults, we ordered Salted Egg Crabs, Black Pepper Crabs, Steamed Tiger Spot Garouper(this fish was huge, like 2kg at least), Cereal Lobsters, Bamboo Clams, Vegetables, Baby Squid, many coconuts etc. There was so much lobster, like around 2.5-3kg? 4 big crabs which probablly totaled 3-4kg, and a huge live fish that must have weighed at least 2 kgs, 8 bamboo clams and all the other stuff. Total damage was about USD40 or SGD50 or about 120MYR per person, total of about SGD400.
As expensive as Singapore?? I don't think so. Lobster in Singapore at seafood restaurants sell for about SGD90-110/kg and upwards, crabs at 50-60/kg and a live garouper a...
