Definitely a good value - great seafood empanadas. The "del horno" from-the-oven options are definitely more authentic, but they are also not always fresh (often re-heated). Service here is awkward, but at least the empanadas are always fresh since you cannot re-heat a fried empanada.

they have really good food and options on what to eat plus they have a bakery right next to the restaurant, but suck at customer service at least over the phone.

Definitely stop at this local if you want to taste a true Chilean empanada! With so many different combinations of fillings to chose from, you will find something you like! My favorite is the beef, cheese and corn empanada. Yum!
