We discovered the Blue Whale Shack about 5 years ago when it first started and it has developed considerably since including the number of tourists that now find this isolated bit of Mobor Beach. This year it still remains fairly isolated particularly since the law has limited the number of sun beds on the beach/within the grounds thus preventing the... More

Try the tandoori prawns and chicken xacuti. Great little place at the end of cavelossim, but worth the trek.

The restaurant is good, they do have a sense of how to cook fish, indian food, breakfast. The location is beautiful, peaceful and the service and management nice, helpful, hardworking. They do have some pretty fresh fish, too.. Definitively THE place to eat if you are around there. Two draw backs: first, is the use of garlic salt or other... More

We have been to the Blue Whale Beach Shack every time we have been to Goa for the last 3 years. The food is spectacular, the views and location are awesome and most of all, the staff are like family. Roque and his team make a lovely relaxed atmosphere all day and every night, serving great food in great surroundings.... More

You never know who you're going to meet. We ate here a lot because we stayed at Bamboo House, the resort just behind the restaurant. Breakfast is good - fabulous fruit salads with curd (yogurt) or masala omlettes and delicious fruit juices. Lunch or dinner is as good as you want to make it - fresh fish and seafood (that... More

Lovely food in a peaceful bit of tropical paradise. We walked the down the beach as it was getting dark and wondered if there was anything else before we hit the estuary then stumpled upon this place. Excellent food and great service. The beach huts behind also looked very nice.
