Restaurant on the harbour side but you pay for that. Food poor and not good service. Would not go again.
There are quite a few restaurants in this part of the Algarve specialising in fresh fish grilled over a barbecue and Sueste is one of these in Ferragudo. It is close to the riverfront but one can hardly claim that the restaurant has a wonderful outlook! Our main course was a large grilled sea bass, which was good. However, our... More
After several visits to this harbour restaurant, you are always made to feel at home, the food is 1st class, the staff are also. Big selection of fish, wines and ports for after. Also if you sail to the restaurant, good water taxi to take you from your boat to the restaurant. well worth a visit.
more than 60 min to have a simple and easy "one kilo linguado fish" cooked. more than 30 min to have four dirty plates cleared and unfortunatelly desserts were put on the table before clearing out. unbalanced prices to have the quality and simplicity of the available menus the price of the wine list is unimaginable very few options if... It was packed and they don't accept any reservations after 8pm. For portuguese people it's unthinkable to eat before that time so we were lucky enough to get a table pretty quickly. We set outside, with a view to the Portimão pier and the big grills were food was being cooked. The fish was excellent! We had a 1.3kg dourada... More
