The restaurant has very pleasant ambiance. The food was very good even though prepared with simple ingredients. All dishes were wonderfully presented, tables by window over looking The Venetians are pleasant. Staffs are friendly and perform very good service. The little thing is their bread especially mini baguette, too hard and too chewy to my taste.

It is a surprise to me see such an excellent food and service in this restaurant. We took a six course set. I would say most of the meals from appetizer to desert have been above average. There is nothing that I can complain when come to the service in particular mr. Noble who have explained very well in every... More

Food was outstanding, service was incredible. I tried a couple of Michelin starred restaurants in HK/Macau, but this exceeded them by miles. I just couldn't figure out why it was almost completely empty! That did take away a tad from the atmosphere, but the servers knew their dishes intimately and helped me create my own tasting menu without gouging me... More

We got to know about The Tasting Room through the great reviews here in TripAdvisor and wanted to experience it for ourselves. We booked for a reservation online and got confirmation via email that same day. The way going up to the Crown Towers already exudes elegance. Approaching the entrance of the restaurant is a hallway of wines. A beautiful... More

Champagne to start with canapes and let them carry you into their world of service. the portions were small but too many dishes ... the wine pairing excellent but too much ... we were already drunk half... This restaurant treat guests like VIP. When the first time we have lunch with my family there, We had very good service & we were introduced an assigned manager to serve us. The food is excellent especially the slow cooked wagyu cheek. The bread basket is delicious too. The dessert is highly recommended especially the French style chocolate banana spring... More

We have been to TTR several times and it is surely the best French restaurant in Macau after Robuchon. Creative dishes with a nice modern, contemporary twist. Always premium, fresh ingredients, excellently prepared by the experienced chef and his team. They offer several dining options, with nice set menus. The regularly changing set lunch offers great value for money! The... More

Must try the 6 course degustation menu. This was my second time. We went after the 5pm session on the House of the Dancing Water. Modern french cuisine. Great matching wines. Good service and very spacious. Highly recommended.

I always find fine dining is not just about the meals, it's an experience of the ambience, the service and of course the food. The Tasting Room Macau has delivered all that.
