Villa Shanti is a bit tough to find if you're using google maps, as the location is a bit off. But the restaurant itself is wonderful; built in a colonial era villa and with amazing food. Priced slightly on the higher side, but worth it.

Would strongly recommend a meal at Villa Shanthi. Make reservations because it's always full we could not get dinner reservations but got lunch reservations for the next day. We had a great meal here, easily the best one in Siuthern .india so far. The staff were attentive and helpful, food was great and reasonable priced. The surroundings were contemporary and light. We were just sorry that we weren't staying there too

Very nice food and setting, the atmosphere was perhaps a tad formal but the food more than made up for it. There were some interesting menu options and overall we really enjoyed our meal
