The food was quite good but $21.00 for 2 prawns as an entre and $16.00 for a one third glass of champagne was too much. At those prices we will give it a miss next time.

Hello Ian B,
We would like to thank you for taking the time to give us some feed back, about your experience at Champagne Brasserie.
We noted that you did appreciate the food, but that the money for value ratio did not meet your expectations.
At Champagne Brasserie, we do have a policy of sourcing the best ingredients. The $21.00...

My daughter and I went here last night with great expectations as we both love french food. For entree, she has the escargot and I had the crab crepe...both were good. We both chose to have the pigeon as a main as pigeon is my favourite. The serves are big here which some people will love, for me it was...

The finest fresh food, cooked to the highest possible level..a TRULY memorable experience and simply wonderful wonderful wonderful.
CANNOT SPEAK TOO HIGHLY OF THE FOOD HERE!
Waited to revisit to write this report in case the first visit was a fluke but it wasn't, and second time was equally amazing.
Sad to say I feel this chef/owner is wasted here...

My partner and I enjoyed a fantastic dinner here on Saturday evening. It was amazing that the place wasn't packed. It deserves to be. This was a highlight of our visit to the Gold Coast. My advise to you: Go! Go now!

My girlfriend and I enjoyed every bite of our 3 course meal here. Scallops, lamb, duck, raspberry crème brulee etc. One of the most delicious meals we've had. And some extra touches by the staff made it even better. The mid week deal with 3 courses and wine made it better value as well. We'll be back, merci bien!

Went back to Champagne Brasserie to taste the new menu, last saturday during easter week end.
I had the scallops, then the Lamb. Both were divine. The good thing about this restaurant is that it is so different from the rest in Broadbeach. No rissotto, no pasta, no ceasar salad or tempura prawns. Only genuine real food, deep flavours, no...

It was my first time in a French Restaurant in Australia...because I'm French.
And I was so impressed by my tasty Monk-Fish and the beautiful Ratatouille...!
I also had a Crème Brulée with Raspberries and it was so perfect.
The service was impeccable, I will definitely dine there again soon.

I visited Champagne with 6 work colleagues and my partner on a Saturday night. The restaurant is easy to miss as it is away from all of the other restaurants in Broadbeach, but make sure you make a booking here and look up where it is - it is definitely worth the visit.
It was quite quiet for a Saturday...

Champagne Brasserie can truly be considered one of the best restaurants in Australia. It is situated in a non-descript location.
The amuse bouche was a nice starter to the culinary delight to follow. For entrees, we had prawns/scallops and blue spanner crab crepe. The crepe was delicious though I felt the sauce overpowered the delicate taste of the crab. The...
