The Shamrock has closed, Sharon, the owner has sold and moved on. Space now occupied by Bistro Limon.
sharon, you are not nice or friendly at all,you are mean to your staff. They do not need you...I hope they all quite and you drink too much!!! New years was a joke at your bar, we will NOT be back!!!!
In the course of my travels I've drank in some questionable places but this one takes the cake. There were 3 staff serving 6 or 7 people, our second round I had to walk up to the bar to order, Then all of the 3 had to come to each deliver a drink. The beer was lukewarm. There is a... More

I stopped in for lunch after I had hears a number of friends tell me about the pot pies. Great atmosphere and a real pub atmosphere. I brought my teenage daughters along and they enjoyed all the pictures and interior too. None of us drink(as far as I know) but it was a mellow atmosphere.
The owner doesn't seem to recognize that she should be nice / polite to paying customers. Instead, she gets drunk every night and then chews out her patrons. I've been going to the Shamrock from time to time for 8-9 years now. It's always a pleasure to be greeted by Sharon, the owner, and to have a drink, a snack, a pub-style lunch or a dinner meal. It's a real Irish pub set down right in my favorite town.
Good atmosphere, fun crowd, largest jenga in the world. Say hi to Sharron (Shazza) for me!
