We've been in Carloforte several times, discovered Galaia today thanks to Tripadvisor. It deserves to be n.1 The "spaghetti Galaia" were superb, nicely balanced and cooked to perfection, the "grigliata mista" was excellent and the lemon sorbet with mirto was a first.
