Stayed over at the sandpiper for one night. It was so warm and welcoming and the staff were very friendly and efficient. The room above the restaurant was comfortable and cosy. The food was excellent for dinner and we had a very good breakfast with great sausages and the poached egg cooked to perfection!

Booked a table for four, on a Saturday evening. Pleasant telephone manner and easy booking. Food was excellent, this is my third visit in twelve months. Good menu choice and well presnted good food! The bar has a superb selection of malt whisky and local beers. This is not a drinking pub - it is definately a restaurant!

Stopped in for dinner and were welcomed by the staff. Nice menu with plenty of choice. Food tasty and well presented. Staff friendly and helpful.Would gladly visit again.

Went for birthday celebration. The staff were very friendly and well organised. Restaurant has a great ambience and is very welcoming with losts of candles.The food was very good and the service very prompt.
