Starter arrived promptly but a long wait for the main course pizzas. Basic ingredients cooked to basic standard. Good choice for a first night when wanting to be full of food.

Conveniently located a few minutes walk from our hotel, Grand Hotel Tremezzo. The food was very good. We had the vegetable soup, spaghetti, and the chef prepared a custom risotto of shrimp & zucchini which was fantastic! The service was outstanding, I highly recommend this restaurant if you are in the area...I'm not sure I would make a special trip...

Villa Marie recommended this place and it was justified. Great place not only for pizza or other italian classics but also great seafood
We ate here with hesitation due to other reviews. But the lure of pumpkin risotto brought us in. We had a great experience. At times service was slow, but we've experienced that throughout Italy. They have a small, but friendly staff! The food and wine was excellent and a great deal. They had tastey chocolate desserts. Three of us had...

Stopped here for a quick lunch and was greeted by an extremely rude young waiter. Pasta was probably bought in a supermarket and prawn stuffed ravioli smelt funny. I had one bite and returned it. We quickly got the bill and left. Happy to leave hungry rather than eating what was offered. On the plus side , the draught Birea...

On arrival we were shown to the table by disinterested staff. Not rude but not inviting. We ordered pizza and calzone. Both were burnt, particularly the calzone which had large black blisters on top. We should have complained but our italian is not good so we made the best of it. When the waiter collected the plates the black remains...

We ate at Timon twice... Once for dinner & once for a quick lunch and had a great experience both times.
It was quiet being the first week of Nov & the off season but we still had the full menu to choose from and they even made us a pizza after the kitchen had 'officially' closed.
The prawns were...

My wife and I had lunch here after a day of walking the local market and Villa Balbianello. We got a table immediately, but had to wait a bit to order as there was only one waiter serving all the tables outside. No big deal. The food, however, was really good. We shared a caprese salad and split one of...

You will always find a welcoming smile and perfect service here and they serve the best house wine in the area. It was so good that we always made sure we stopped here on the way back to our apartment and the nibbles they bring you when you are hust having a glass of wine are very tasty.
My husband and I ate here on our first night in Tremezzo. We were staying at THe Grand Hotel Tremezzo right up the street. This cafe has outdoor seating (as most do) overlooking the lake (really pretty spot). It was unfortunate we sat down here instead of walking two minutes more up to Red and White Bar (which we did...
