Delicious food with a wonderful view over the bay. We had the seafood grill and the pasta, both of which were very tasty and reasonably priced.
One of the best spots around if you're going to catch a beautiful sunset. Make sure to make reservations, and specify a spot on the deck, lest you get a table under the pavilion, away from the breathtaking sunset views. Margaritas were awesome, but expensive. [you're on vacation!-pay for the jug…you'll be happy] The meals were a good size and... More
One fish dish, nothing exceptional, decent starter, $20 penne aka vodka and $12 mojitos which are $8 if you're local. These guys are making a hearty margin. I know this as a local American waitress let the beans slip when I told her I thought the mojitos we too expensive. She referred to them as small jugs and said at... More
Dear sir, I am sorry that you did not enjoy your evening at our restaurant. I happened to be your waitress that evening and remember serving you. I apologize if I seemed pretentious, I was merely being friendly. As the owner I am very proud of our place and perhaps I was too exuberant. I do however remember you enjoying... More
Twelve dollar mojitos and twenty dollar mains, that's fine in NYC, but it's a different story in a land where you catch warm water fish and serve it three paces away; not to mention potholes, chickens, etc. The ambience is moderately alluring, and at $10 a head a $3 a beer would be incredible. Service is a lengthy and tiresome... More
They were down to 1 waiter and the garbage near the pool overwhelmed the dining area. Food was amazing and the sunset view could not be beat
Dear Steph, I sincerely apologize for the evening in question. You are absolutely right to complain. We were short staffed for a busy night. We have only just opened for the season and much to our surprise have been very busy from the get go. Normally November is a bit slower and we have more time to get organized. As... More
Don't listen to anything less than five stars, this was the best place we ate during our entire trip in Costa Rica. The view is spectacular and the view is amazing. We visited here almost a year ago and can still remember everything we ate and can imagine exactly what our meal tasted like. The fish is incredibly fresh and... More
Myself and two other Australian backpackers came here for dinner one night to treat ourselves, on the recommendation of our lovely accomodation (Casa Marbella - which is only 10 steps away). This restaurant lives up to all the expectation of being the best food in Santa Teresa. The entire menu from starters, to mains to the drinks list is all... More
We went to this restaurant at the recommendation of another couple we met traveling. The food is amazing, and the ambiance is beautiful. It's a bit of a hike to get to the restaurant (we drove there), and I'm sure the view would have been beautiful if we had gotten there in time for the sunset. Great fresh fish -... More

We went for dinner one night. The location is beautiful, service was great, as was the food. the view would be amazing to see during the day.
