Small, but homely restaurant and bar with a great owner/maitre'd who chatted to us on each visit. Food is varied from spicy to very plain, and with local to western options.

Good food, a bit touristy, but worth the trip. Nice decor, well made food. Right on the main strip, just south of the Parkroyal.
Very nice food, warm friendly family service. A little tiny and hot at times, despite the fans, because of the narrow pace.
Wow this place is lovely. Great ambience and the food is quite something. Beef rendang, garlic prawns, nasi goreng, all superb. Such a lovely style and homely compared to eating at the long beach each night. Owner was thoughtful and attentive.

A comfortable and charming cafe near to the holiday inn hotel. The food is excellent as well as the value. The beed rendang( a type of curry) is the best I have ever tried. The owners are friendly and warm. It also has an interesting selection of art that you can buy.
Saw Trip Advisor reviews and thought it worth a visit. We ended up having dinner there 3 times and couldn't think of a better place to eat on the last night of our holiday. All the food we had was authentic, local cuisine and cooked to perfection. Service was great and the prices very reasonable. Relied on Amy to recommend...
