We keep going back for a reason : Super fresh food, great service and a nice atmosphere outside. (We never even saw what the place looks like inside). I like the limited menu - - this means that they focus on doing just a few local specialties well. The daily special of truffle gnocci was excellent. Decent wine selection.

Unpretentious restaurant tacked away on the road side. Attentive stuff in a very casual atmosphere. The food is delicious without the high price. Got a filet that would make a lot of US places ashamed and a wild boar dish that was outstanding.

this osteria has great typical tuscan food, with high quality ingredients, beautiful court yard and friendly service. the staff also speak english and french which makes communication easier... the tomato soup is a must! the location is perfect to anyone visiting either Florence, Siena and/or San Gemignano.

We ate dinner here three times during a week in Tuscany. We kept returning so we could try another dish someone else in our party had the night before. The food is hearty and very simply prepared. The restaurant has a large patio for al fresco when it's warm enough, and inside is a converted barn, comfortable and ecclecticly decorated.... More
