Great restaurant, very relaxed ambiance, delicious, locally- based produce and dishes jam-packed with 'pugliese' specialties, wonderfully cooked by a very welcoming and warm host who clearly loves what he is doing - so much so that you feel you are in his own home....... lovely job! The food here is wonderful and a real taste of Puglia at it's best. Chef Stefano will make you feel welcome and effortlessly moves between the kitchen and his guests to make sure service is 100% at all times. By far the best meal I had during my stay. I will be back!

We had a really nice evening at Coco Pazzo, Stefano is a very warm and passionated chef. The risotto with asparagus and vongole was to die for ... Also a beautiful location in the heart of the city. Grazie mille !

The food was great, all fresh ingredients and original dishes. The chef comes from a family of chefs and you can tell it! You can ask him to prepare something outside the menu and to suggest the best wine. Very friendly and excellent food.
