Super expensive and limited options. Also, since there is no drug store in town, this is it. The staff were very helpful in ensuring we had what we needed.

Went here to eat breakfast several times, even though it meant getting in our car to go out of the park. Excellent egg croissant sandwich. You can get coffee here as well. They have an ice cream parlor, but does not open until 11:30.
The food is fresh and service is friendly. We eat here four days. While we ate our breakfast, the prepared sandwiches packed for hiking. They offered a nice range of items the quality was good. The also have an excellent coffee bar. We didn't miss Starbucks for a moment.
A decent array of fresh and packaged meats, cheeses, and fresh vegetables (although most of the russet potatoes had sorry spots on them), as well as frozen foods & meals and canned/boxed edibles. We found sufficient foodstuffs to see us through a couple days spent in the area. Parking was in a cramped, underground garage-type space, a little unnerving to maneuver...

Imagine a mountain town whole foods mixed with local grocery.
Very good custom sandwiches and soups to go or eat on the verandah. Gourmet bakery items, snacks, candy, produce, dairy products--including a good vartiety of yogurts, and wonderful beer and wine selections. Pricey but very high quality and cheaper than eating out all of the time.
My family stayed at Cable Mountain Lodge and rented bikes from Zion Outfitter. We went to the Sol Foods Ice Cream Parlor which was in the Zion Canyon Village, too. I had the gelato and the kids had ice cream cones. It was delicious and refreshing as we sat outside and ate.
This is where we bought our groceries. Although pricey since they are the only food store, it was clean, easy to find what you were looking for and friendly staff.
We ordered sandwiches for our day's hike at Sol Foods. There was a great choice for either their regular sandwiches or custom made ones .They were prepared quickly for us and were delicious! They were perhaps a little pricier than other places (about $7 for my wrap) but they are worth it.
The prices were surprisingly good. the fresh food was great. They have a great fresh salad soup bar. But when checking out the girl seemed miserable. I mean you work inside Zion. YOU should feel very fortunate. Just put a smile on your face. Overall a good experience though
