After a day exploring the wonders of Yosemite Valley, this is a nice place to come in for a drink. The food is average at best but will get you by. Yes, there are cheaper places to visit, but you can't beat the location for convenience.

I think everyone had the chili the night we were there and it was delicious, served with cornbread. The cocktail and beer selection was good and there was a fire going in the pit. Do I need to say more.

The menu seems to have been pared back since our previous visits, and the selection is limited. The setting is wonderful, with views all around, and a fireplace in the middle. For better or worse, depending on your taste, there are TV screens all around broadcasting sports stations.
On a cold night, this is a cozy, friendly place to warm up by the fire and enjoy a hot buttered rum or your favorite beverage. Very relaxing atmosphere; friendly staff.
Let's face it. If you get a table by the windows, you can see Yosemite Falls. Just wonderful.
