I highly recommend it. The only problem is that they are not always open. Food and service were excellent. Ambiance is basic, larder style. Do enjoy when in Walla Walla.
This restaurant had been recommended to us and so we decided to visit on a Saturday for lunch. The wait staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the food offerings. Even though the restaurant started filling up after we were seated, the service was still very prompt, attentive, and there was just a short wait for our food to be... More
Went to B4 with 4 friends last week and had an amazing time! I would definitely recommend a reservation here, bc it's very popular with the locals and visitors alike, and it's not a very large restaurant, so it fills up quickly. I started with their soup d jour, which was a butternut squash and banana soup with pieces of... More
Spectacular service (Sarai et al as they all helped).Wonderfully attentive and knowledgable sommelier (Robert). And The best shank of Lamb, both in taste and presentation I have ever been served! I love this place and will return! Regularly!
Went to Brasserie November 1st with 3 friends. Had a very good meal (with special of Jerusalem Artichoke Soup that was delicious, and Mussels with Fries in a tasty Pernod sauce) Also, one friend the salad Nicoise, and it looked great. Good inexpensive house wine, and a fun, lively atmosphere. Simple and tasty.
We liked everything about this quaint little restaurant! Hannah, the chef, prepared a special plate of oysters and trout, pared it with very nice wine and our server was amazing! Thank you & we will be back!
Some good, some bad. For a restaurant in the center of wine country the wines that were offered by the glass were less than good. Other wines were available by the bottle but many were European and no reviews were provided. Some of the lunch items were excellent (chicken, squash soup), others were just ok. Service was excellent. I would... More
Very good and reasonably-priced wine selection, and a great meal to go along with it. Had the lamb shank, and it simply melted in your mouth. French fry appetizer was well-done, too. Would recommend it for anyone spending a few days in town.
A quick stop for lunch in Walla Walla as we toured the vinyards, Brasserie 4 is on the main street. Nice modern decor and a very French menu. Since it was lunch we ate light. I had the salad nicoise - lovely crisp and plenty of tuna. Just one complaint. The French use Tuna that has been prerved/canned in oil... More
My wife and I took a little day trip to Walla Walla and after checking with TripAdvisor, we decided upon Brasserie Four. What a treat! We were seated promptly and quickly greeted by our server, Sarai (rhymes with ferry so I was told) and left with the menus. Everything looked very tempting. I choose the Penn Cove mussels and frites... More
