This place is a must to see if you love bakeries. These authentic malasadas are unbelievable, we highly recommend the filled ones. Coconut was to die for!

I saw this on Tripadvisor so one morning I made the trek to find this place. The malasadas were good.. basically like elephant ears in a donut form. The coffee was terrible and the bakery itself was fun and quaint. I had a good time but give the chance would pass it by a second time.

We have been in Honolulu a number of times, this was the first time we have visited Leonard's and it will be on our list of musts the next time we go...very local, very good. These are best fresh, we ate them right away and they were delicious, but we had saved a few for later, more like heavy donut... More

I wouldn't go to Oahu without buying a Leonard's malasada. They are made to order so go hungry and eat as many as you can because they aren't the same the next day.

Malasadas are deep fried doughballs rolled in sugar or cinammon or both, served very warm...........they are addicting. They sell other pastries but malasadas are king. If you visit Waikiki, visit Leonard's.

The pastries at Leonard's are quite frankly...RIDICULOUSLY AMAZING!!! I definitely recommend making a quick trip to Leonard's and purchasing a few of their specialties! AWESOME and very YUMMY!!!

Leonards Bakery is a local icon. Their hot malasadas, or Portugese donuts, are the best.
