Lousy atmosphere. The lights are way too bright after dark. Slow service is the order of the day, apparently.

They have a great Sunday brunch, as well as dinners all week. And the food is locally sourced. Very nice menu and some wonderful wines, fun crew working there and lots of specials and deals etc. A good choice!

Maybe I'm jaded because I grew up in New York, but this was by far the worst pizza I've ever had. We usually get pizza from Pizza Centro or Rooftop but wanted to try something different. When I fisted moved to SF everyone that eats organically told me to eat at Joes. I've been there for breakfast, lunch, & dinner 2-3 times. I think the food is good, overpriced, and inconsistent. We've eaten at Joe's several times. It is close by, so that is a draw but the food is good! The service can be slow but worth the wait. Save room for dessert - topnotch.
