The worst part of my trip to San Antone was when Xray checker confiscated my Rudys BBQ sauce. He let me keep the rub. WE went tot the original Rudy's off of 10 West. We were told this is the original place and it lived up to it's reputation. Very basic service and long picnic tables inside. I love Rudy's. Never had a bad meal, have never been disappointed with anything about this place. Some advice if you've not visited: Don't get fancy to eat there; shorts and flip flops will do. Relax and enjoy it. Just thinking about this place makes my mouth water.
