We live in Sandy, Utah (a subdivision of Salt Lake), and this is our favorite breakfast cafe. Their pancakes are incredible. The owner is also the chef, and watches everything from the grill to insure only perfection. They also have a great lunch menu. Try the Gyros. This is very close to the ski resorts (Brighton, Alta, Snowbird) and is... More

This is a wonderful little cafe in Cottonwood Heights area. I've had the gyros here that are better than some Greek joints. Perfect pieces of gyro meat stuffing their pita bread. The gyro omelet is also excellent. Not a fancy place but quaint with good down home country deli atmosphere. Too bad it's not open for dinner too.

The location is good, cute inside, like others have said, it has a bookshop theme. Server was attentive, but not annoying. I hate... More

(caveat: based on only 1 visit for a Sunday breakfast)--- Veggie omelette was not so much an omelette as it was a pile of virtually raw un-seasoned veggies covered with a large egg patty. The generous supply of black olives in the omelette was just strange and unpalatable. The egg and cheese patty was OK and cooked appropriately. Home fried... More
