We walked all the way across town for this place (not recommended - it's a 45 min walk from downtown, and we wound up taking a cab back to the hotel!), and it was packed, but the food was very good.
I really enjoyed the food. Get there early or it is a long wait to be seated. Once seated the service is really fast for the number of people they cram into the place. l have been there a couple of times and would go again.
This place is still the best Mexican restaurant in the SL Valley. Their forte is their 5 different moles. Try the mole sampler to see which ones you like best. The enchilada suiza is always good. I had the Salmon Chimichanga, which was a daily special. It was really quite good. The home made chips and salsa served before the entrees was also noticeably better than most Mexican places I have been.
Service was pretty good - even though we had to wait 20 minutes for a table (popular place!), but once seated we ordered quickly...
