I've eaten at other O'Charley's and this one was not quite as good as my previous visits to this chain. Service was slow,finally had to flag down a manager to get our check and the food was just O.K.

Went on wednesday evening around 7. No wait. Seated promptly with courteous waiter who quickly brought drinks and rolls. Food took a long time to prepare. Hadn't been to O'Charley's in a while but after this visit, I'm ready to start going again! Food and service were great but the steaks were to die for. My dining companion and I got different cuts but the same result - meat done to perfection.

Very good considering that I eat there all of the time. The food is pretty good, although the staff is kind of hit and miss. It's a classic place to go!

Service was rather poor considering we (family of 5) were pretty close to the only people in the place on a Monday evening. Economic depression appears to be hitting Macon, GA very hard! The steak was cooked nicely and had no extra fat. But kinda in a high crime area.

O'Charley's is reliable, consistent and comfortable. It is a good place to take the kids or just sit down as a couple. Good atmosphere, good food, reasonable prices.

Choosing o'Charleys over Applebee's my road weary group was looking for a relaxing meal. Not sure if the restaurant understood they served drinks with their food but I had not seen such terrible service since eating at a Hardee's. Maybe Saturday night @9pm is not the time to sit in the food service but to sit @ the bar?
