Nice atmosphere and love the name- the food was just o.k. We had the taco salads and the shells were too greasy. Didn't try the tamales so may give it another chance if back in town.

I'm not a tamale fan, which is what they are famous for, but the Taco Chicken Salad was delicious. I did taste the tamales, just so I could say I did, very spicy, but dry, be sure to order the sauce to go along with them.

Fun place to eat in Natchez. Easy walking distance from downtown. I enjoyed the tamales and margaritas.

Easily located in the Historic Downtown District, Fat Mama's has very good food, atmosphere & friendly service! Family friendly & handicap accessible. Indoor & outdoor seating!! Plenty of parking. I would highly recommend it!!

This is my favorite place to eat in Natchez. It is a great place to meet friends or family for the best tamales I have ever eaten. The location is great, the outdoor patio is awesome. The staff are wonderful.

Frozen margaritas are pretty good, nachos, tamales, and some other interesting southern snacks such as boudin, gringo pie, etc. nice friendly staff, and seating outside.
