Most of the other eateries are fast food or chains, not that there is anything wrong with either genre. This is the only place around where you can get an authentic Monte Cristo sandwich, complete with Strawberry jelly and green jello with fruit cocktail in it!

We went to Quigley's for dinner while staying a night in Barstow, because this area is a sea of fast-food and chain restaurants, which is not our taste. Clean well lighted, good service. Their Monte Cristo sandwich is excellent. Parking is a bit tough when on weekends. But its in a busy outlet store area.
