My husband and I have had several meals here and have always been amazed that every meal was exceptional. We've had spring rolls, duck porcupine balls (absolutely amusing and delicious), quinoa cakes, tofu fries and in summer, the calamari salad...every appetizer had us looking forward to the next course. The steak is my ultimate favourite, always beautifully done and topped... More

Excellent service, nice ambience, well presented dishes, imaginative offerings...but we felt a little let down by a lack of any sort of "wow" feeling after tasting. Everything we ordered had great potential but it just seemed like the flavors had been toned down, maybe to accomodate an audience that normally likes their dining experience to be "safe" I can see... We returned here after a few years absence . We were very glad and will go back. Food delicious and unusual ( with an Asian inflection). A real find!

Shared a wonderful experience at the chef's table of the Mangowood Restaurant with two other couples! My husband and i love to do this in NYC and Long Island as it allows you to taste things you might not otherwise order. Chef Teresa's is up there with some of the best chef's tables we have experienced. Everything was delicious and... More

Having worked in the restaurant industry in New York, and having been a Maitre'd in one of the largest catering establishments in Eastern Long Island, I am a very hard person to please when dining out. It was recommended to me to try the food at the Mango Restaurant during my recent visit to Woodstock. I was pleasantly surprised with... More

While staying in Woodstock I had the pleasure of dinning here.Upon entering the restaurant I noticed there was a fire lite in the bar area where I had a Lychie Ice Wine Martini, which was delicious I mite add. Everything from the specialty cocktails... to the porcupine duck balls to my BBQ chicken entrée were creative, cooked to perfection and amazingly... More

My family of eight dined here over the holiday and had a less than ideal experience. While the food was flavorful and unique with an Asian fusion feel, the service fell pretty flat for us. To be fair, they have a terrific and reasonably priced Prix Fixe menu that had some nice choices. Everyone enjoyed their food, with some of... More

After reading such nice reviews, we booked a table on a Saturday night. The decor was nice enough, and the service was friendly. I found the menu to be a bit limited, and there were several items that they were out of. I was encouraged after a delicious mango-tini. The prix fixe dinner included the smallest salad (priced at $8.50... More

My husband and I enjoyed a relaxing dinner here. I appreciated the complexity of the dishes, because, although I consider myself a good cook, this was way out of my league. I enjoyed the red snapper, and there was no problem with bones. It was expertly cooked and presented. My husband lovedhisdish as well. Glad we came without kids. They... More

Enjoyed a wonderful meal. The 4 course meal is very filling. Enjoyed the Duck Quesadilla, mixed green salad, Tandoori Chicken and Pumpkin Flan. Husband enjoyed shrimp and crab cakes, salad, duck and fruit compote. All were terrific.
