My wife and I stopped in while running errands in Carrytown. The service was quick and the food was very good as always. If you get the "kicking" corn and crab chowder. Pay attention to the word kicking as it does have a bit of a bite

The corn and crab soup is a little spicy but very good. The Smoked Turkey BLT was also very good. The wait staff was very helpful in making a decision on what to eat.

While staying at the nearby Hyatt House, I ordered room service (their supplier) from Baker's Crust Bread Basket. The salad was average but the nuts and cranberries in it were good. However, the cup of fruit was not very fresh. The melon was extremely soft and didn't taste very well. Unfortunately, I ordered the fruit as dessert and the meal... More

This place was lame. The latte was pathetic. It seemed more like a cafe au lait than anything. Portions are stupid huge and most of the food is probably cook off site with little preparation going on in the kitchen. If you're looking for quantity over quality, you might find it here.

One of my favorite spots to meet a friend for coffee and French Toast. The service is pleasant and efficient.

Right after the museum we took a light lunch here. The atmosphere was a little noisy but the food was great!

While visiting family in Richmond, decided to visit Carytown on Small Business Saturday. Ate brunch here, was quiet pleased. Menu at the time of visit ranged from breakfast, brunch or lunch, thus making a decision for what to eat a big choice. We all decided though on breakfast and brunch. What a good choice. Wife, daughter and I had fritattas,... More

Weekends in Carytown - make it a habit!. Brick oven tostados can't be beat. You can always add a mimosa on the side! Great hashbrown, french toast, they have it all.
