Visit this place if you just need food or want to take out. The ambience is ...well... not good. Thats what put us off when we entered this place. But on the brighter side the food (Chole Bhature) was better than what we expected. Just the thing we needed.. hot tasty food on a chilly afternoon.

Great rice, great lamb, great cost, I could go on and go on. The only thing I dislike is their pineapple lacey (did I spell it right?) - too sweet.

It is as advertised: authentic Punjhabi roadside food. Excellent flavors and value. Served unceremoniously in tin trays in a loud, small and crowded venue. Sit upstairs for more space. Full of Indians, Inman square locals and MIT grad students.

Excellent value for the money, especially compared to most of the other over priced Indian places. Definitely one of my favorite places for lunch. By far the BEST Indian food takeout anywhere in Cambridge. It may take awhile to get because of the very small kitchen, but it is well worth it.
