I attended an all you can eat buffet style event and it was full of great treats including some excellent seafood of all sorts. Kinda spendy but very tasty.

Went for evening dinner with friends on a quick visit to Seattle. This was our first time there, and as such, we were blessed with glorious weather for May and a great view of the city both during daylight and after sunset. The seafood was good without being great. Cant comment on prices as we were guests, but when the... More

We had reservations there for dinner, and ended up waiting over 30 minutes after our reservation time for our table. The food wasn't too pricey, but I have had better at Ivar's Salmon House for less expensive. The view is pretty amazing here, I will give it that!

The evening started on a good note with the restaurant picking us up from our downtown hotel in their complimentary minibus. Once therethe staff were all very friendly and attentive. The dining room has spectacular views of the Seattle city skyline, and the food wa pretty good too. The shrimp and crab appetizer was solid if not brilliant, but I... More

I enjoy the brunch but the regular menu items are so-so. For the price range, it could be tastier. "High-end" food shouldn't just be pretty in presentation but enjoyable and memorable.

At 52 this is the best Seafood I have ever had. The view is amazing overlooking the Seattle high-rise/downtown sky-line from across the waterway. Very nice atmosphere, clean, cozy with exceptional service. Great experience, I can't imagine anyone being disappointed here!

Salty's on Alki has always had the BEST SEATTLE VIEW of any restaurant in the city! The seafood has always been spectacular, and I might add, they have the BEST HAPPY HOUR in town too! This having said, I now know personally why they are a 5 star restaurant. Recently after dining with friends I accidentally left the restaurant without... More

I was taken here by a local for dinner. We made reservations and still had to wait another half hour, make sure you call to make reservations! Take some time while you wait to walk outside and soak in the view across the Bay of downtown Seattle. Get here before sunset to watch the lowering sun across the water. Staff... More

First let me say the location of this restaurant is IDEAL. Perched on the water's edge looking straight across from downtown Seattle - the Space Needle, Ferris Wheel, etc - it is a sight to behold as dusk sets in and the night lights up from downtown. Since this is the sight as you pull in to Salty's, your expectations... More
