This resturant presents itself as a sushi bar. Wasabi is not a sushi bar but a mixture a noisy bar and a sushi bar. The sushi is dreadful, thick old fish and can barely be digested. If you want a margarita, it is fine, if you want good sushi, stay away. I think it is one of the worst sushi... More

Yum! Friend who is much more of a sushi connoisseur than I took me here. Started off with crab cake appetizer (small but delicious) and sweet potato fries with edamame dip (something different with something familiar, combined to be awesome). We ordered two rolls, spicy tuna and inglorious basterd roll. the I.B. was....awesome. seriously, spicy crab/tuna and asparagus in a... More

I just went with a large party of actors, acrobats, clowns, and singers from Teatro ZinZanni to Wasabi Bistro. We called ahead for reservations for about twenty-five people. They had a long, beautifully accoutered table waiting for us when we arrived in short increments. I had one of the best miso soups I've ever had followed by a beautifully presented... More

Visited Wasabi while in Seattle a couple days ago. I was lucky enough to get there prior to 6pm and got their early bird special pricing. I had 4 different rolls (about 30 pieces) and a pint of Sapporo beer for the price of - wait for it - just under $30! Fantastic. Sushi was nice, certainly not the best... More

I love this trendy, chic sushi place. Its more like a lounge/restaurant. The staff here are very friendly and fast. Amazing selection of not only the traditional sushi and sashimi but they have their own signature sushi rolls never found anywhere else. One of my favorites is the 2nd Ave roll but I order it with a twist, the topping... More

They have a great happy hour and friendly staff. The ambiance is exciting and fun. Eat the Seattle Roll. You're welcome.

After a hard day of shopping downtown Seattle, a happy hour/early dinner combination at the Bistro is a definite "must do". OK, so this was our second visit after the big remodel and the food was still excellent. The happy hour ads to the experience by encouraging more experimentation with sushi and sake. The “new” decor is actually growing on... More

Thought this was closer to the hotel, but was a long walk in cold, windy conditions. Restaurant was cozy but much trendier than anticipated--felt underdressed in casual clothes, although there is no dress code on the website. Service was adequate, portions were reasonable for the price. Bathrooms were dark and disorienting; not your standard restaurant bathroom (goes along with the... More
