Hi. I'm from the U.K. Indian Food has almost become our 'National Dish' over here. So, when I hit Seattle, last July, finishing up a Bus Tour, 'Desperate' for a 'Curry' - Thank Goodness I found Pabla ! Two nights in the city. Two meals from Pabla. I received a warm welcome, very nice hospitality while I waited for take... More

Good food. Decent service. We were there with a toddler and they had a high chair and everything we needed. They did not have any whole milk but most places don't seem to have whole milk so this wasn't odd.

Had my birthday lunch at Pabla on 2nd Ave, right in the middle of downtown Seattle. The buffet was well laid out with plenty of vegetarian options as well as the usual meat dishes: butter chicken, curry chicken, tandoori chicken etc. Food quality was good but not outstanding. Service was good--they kept our water glasses well filled and plates taken... More

Had the lunch buffet. It was very good, with meat and veg options. The servers were attentive! The atmosphere is no frills. I recommend it for a nice, spicy curry buffet on a cold, rainy Seattle day!

We loved the food. Good selection at the buffet for vegetarians, and tasty. The food wasn't too spicy. Didn't experience any problems with service, although we found it interesting that they didn't bring us change, but assumed our tip to be the remainder of the total, which is what we'd intended to leave for them. For our limited time on... More

The place was average about everything. Service was below average. Food tasted OK, although I've been to better Indian restaurants. Given the location factor, I think this is the best Indian restaurant you could go to in the vicinity.

Chutney's in Wallingford is about a 1000X better in terms of uniqueness of menu items, quality of ingredients, and service. Check it out. Food here was oily, nobody thought the meat was good quality or tender. Vegetarian food was forgettable.

Its a very basic Indian buffet with limited choice. Price is $8.99 +tax for lunch. Been there twice during my recent visit in Seattle. Its dosen't look great from outside or inside either. Quality of food is Ok! Nothing great, nothing to complain either. Service was ok, what else one can expect at that price. Location is very convenient, right... More
