I love that Mashiko only serves sustainable sushi! The sushi is delicious - there's plenty of fish, not too much rice. I've done the Omakase (chef's choice) where they keep bringing you small courses until you tell them to stop. It's not cheap, but it's an incredible experience. Must be willing to try new and interesting foods!
