Visited twice. Once for a light lunch and throught their soup was outstanding. The second time, tried their apple strudle as a late morning snack and it was excellent.
Stopped in on our way to the Kenai Fjords tour to grab coffee and pastry to eat on the boat. Had a couple of pastries that were ok, but a long way from great. Got brewed coffee which was the biggest disappointment. Although they have a normal espresso bar for espresso based coffees, for their brewed coffee they use a... More
We ate at the bakery to save time the morning we were leaving Seward. The breakfast burrito was very good. There was only a small amount of seating room in the restaurant. The staff was young and somewhat timid, but did a good job. The prices were rather high, but in line with other places throughout the town. A good... More
Expensive for what it is ($3 for a cup of coffee?) But overall, this place offers quick to go breakfast. You order from a counter and there's only a few tables. Sitting down at any other spot in town will take much longer.
Had lunch here, it was very good, had the potato soup with sour dough bread! Yummmmm....The Sandwiches were homemade and were very good with lots of fresh vegetables on them. Didn't eat any of the baked goods, as we were trying to be good, but they certainly looked wonderful!
Being dedicated aficionados of pastries and baked treats, we find that the offerings at the Harbor Bakery to be freshly-prepared, tasty, and able to satisfy our sweet tooth. There are a wide varfiety of breakfast and lunch selections (in addition to the baked goods) there as well. Its location next to the Harbor and within this busy area, and the... More
Great Restaurant for Breakfast. The pastries in this place are first class. The only one I had trouble with was the cream horn. The shell was very good but the cream filling was not up to par. You can't go wrong with the entrees for breakfast they are all very good and the good news is they are so generous... More
Delicious food. Cranky staff. Ate a few lunches there and had a take out experience that was most unpleasant. They were short of staff early in the morning and snippy with customers. Also had a misunderstanding in my lunch order one day because I didn't realize what the board description meant and when I questioned the bill I basically was... More
After our morning of fishing, my husband, two teenagers, and I had a yummy lunch at Bakery at the Harbor. My husband had the cheesy potato soup and ham sandwich; my son had a turkey sandwich; my daughter had a chicken cheese quesadilla and fries; and I had the Harbor chili. All our food was very good.
