Delicious poke. You can choose one poke from lower deck, rice, and a side from upper deck. Poke was fresh and tasty, but side menus are also terrific! A guy behind the counter was not so friendly, though.

We were introduced th this restaurant when looking for an authentic Hawaiian lunch. The Ahi is delicious any way you order it-not a piece of gristle or fat in it! The LauLau was yummy! I could go on forever with compliments-go try for yourself-you'll be glad ya did!

I followed Trip Advisor's recommendation and visited Da Poke Shack on my recent trip... and returned two other times during that week. Not much atmosphere (it is really like a shack as the name implies) but the Ahi Poke is out of this world. I wish I had a similar place in my home town.

It's a small little take-away place right next to a condo complex (Kona Bali Kai, I think?) right on Ali'i Drive south of Kona town on the shore side.
