Me and my wife stopped for their well known begneits and coffee and couldn't have been happier. We aren't much for coffee so we didn't enjoy theirs very much but the the begneits are amazing. Another one to add to our list of favorites.

It was okay. We went at night and there wasnt a line, but I can assure you the there is nothing there worth waiting in the God Awful line that forms in the morning.

Went here after walking up on the river walk. Very good coffee, and beignets. Each order consists of 3 good size beignets, so unless you are very hungry get one order and split it with two people.

You definitely have to grab a coffee and beignet while in New Orleans and this is the place to stop. Great place to people watch. Can be very touristy, so be prepared.

No trip to New Orleans is complete without a couple of stops at Cafe du Monday. Crowded, noisy, and messy, but *very* tasty!

Average for service; average for quality and presentation. More sugar on the beignets than needed. Coffee was okay; Service time was long and many of the service staff didn't understand English.

Everyone said you have to go to Café Du Monde when you get to NOLA. Well honestly we didn't even know what a Beignet was so we thought okay we will make sure we stop there. Our first experience was standing in the take out counter and being waited on by 2 ladies. Not the best experience, they were honestly....rude.... More

Sugar, Sugar ,Sugar over a pastry......{to die for} and the coffee is great also..Place was packed at 2pm with plenty of outside seating.. Wait staff hustling about and everyone in the middle of the French Quarter atmosphere..I settled for the iced coffee.{85 degrees outside } and my wife had a frozen coffee drink Price was a steal......

It's one of those must-visit places. An icing-sugar covered donut-type desert with a great cup of coffee is a great way to relax and enjoy a sweet treat.
