Along with Siam Dishes it is the best Thai food in town. The service is always good and the food is always high quality.
Lemon Grass restaurant- Yum, my mouth is already watering at the thought of their curries and Pad Thai. Authentic food that is to die for. Prepared with local organic vegetables when available. Attention to detail and pride in every dish they serve. Ning and Tutu will greet you with a smile and treat you like family. You will want to...

When you enter Lemon Grass you see hundreds of thank you notes that people have posted on the walls. The food is excellent and the portions generous, Always leave with lunch for the next day. My favorite place to eat in Fairbanks.
We eat a lot of Thai food in the San Francisco Bay Area, and we had no idea that Fairbanks, Alaska would be a hot spot some of the best Thai food ever. Panang amazing. Curries stellar. This gem of a find served some of the best Coconut Lemongrass soup I've ever had. Be sure you don't go for early dinner, they open at 5pm :)
service is amazing, food is amazing, there is every reason to go eat here & none why you shouldn't.
Our family of four ate here for dinner. We each ordered a different dish and we all liked what we had. The curries were delicious. The Pad Thai seemed a little greasy but the teenager eating it found it delicious. The service was both fast and slow - but it was a busy time.
The curry sauce was too salty. The chicken satay was dry. This is a common problem when restaurnats use white meat. In North America, consumers prefer white meat and too often ethnic restaurnats try to adapt to customers' preference in stead of using the right ingredient.
Lemon Grass was a very nice place to enjoy a meal and just relax for awhile. The food was really good. The Innkeepers at the B&B we were staying at suggestion this place for dinner and they were spot on.
